Stand Out Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Registered Nurses to join our field team. You will conduct initial assessments, reassess care needs, and lead field orientations for caregivers while travelling to clients' homes across multiple counties.

Your Role:

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (Required).
• Active CPR Certification
• Previous experience in home care, hospice, or community health settings is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various client locations.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and compassionate communication.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
