A leading healthcare provider in New York is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams, assessing patient needs, and implementing effective treatment plans. Performs an age-specific plan of care for a designated group of patients using the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Collaborates with physicians and other health team members in coordinating and implementing procedures and treatments. Uses leadership skills and clinical judgment in coordinating patient care and directing/delegating activities of the patient care unit team.
Please note: The 'minimum' and 'maximum' rates refer to a 'per-visit' rate for regular assignments in this role. Voluntary work opportunities, outside the normal scope of duty, may pay an alternate ‘per-visit' rate, depending on multiple factors (region, type of visit, discipline, etc.), and may be offered on an occasional, as-needed basis.
The following rates are paid for certain administrative tasks: Orientation: 1/2 Day = $75.00; Full day = $150.00; Education/In-services: $40.00 - $150.00; Meetings: $35.00
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Must be enrolled in an accredited BSN program within two years and obtain a BSN within five years of employment. Current RN license in New York State and relevant certifications required. Additional salary details depend on various factors including location, experience, and credentials.
