Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking an experienced Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing services in patients' homes. You will participate in care planning and deliver nursing care per the established plan, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds an active NC RN license, has at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred), and demonstrates strong communication and documentation skills.
