Synergy HomeCare MSP Metro (office in Roseville) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team part-time, providing in-home care across the central metro area.

As an RN, you will assess clients in their homes, develop care plans, and deliver nursing services while supporting caregiver training. You’ll oversee care by non-licensed staff, ensure timely documentation, and maintain compassionate, client-centered communication.
