Qualifications

Current and Active Physical Therapy Assistant license within the state of operations.
Experience in older adult rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide and direct resident rehabilitation care within general accepted practices meeting standards.
Evaluate resident needs and establish effective treatment plans.
Coordinate supervision of treatment plans with staff and other disciplines.
Screen residents according to directed schedules and practices.
Provide feedback to the supervisor on clinical and rehabilitation issues.
Participate in center-directed processes and services.
Manage treatment and related activities efficiently.
Perform necessary clinical documentation to meet requirements.
Maintain billing records to meet requirements.
Assist with marketing efforts as directed.
Travel to other facilities to provide services as needed.
