Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a social services environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign, Review, Evaluate and Approve the work of assigned staff.
• Monitor the provision and effectiveness of authorized services.
• Provide training and support to CMs; participate in hiring program staff.
• Understand and adhere to OCES and funding source regulations, standards and procedures.
• Advise and consult with other HC management staff from various disciplines.
• Assist HC Program Managers with other tasks upon request.
