Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one home care to clients in Orlando. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, light housekeeping, medication reminders under RN supervision, and companionship in a home-care setting.

The PRN, flexible schedule includes daytime, overnights and weekends, with shifts ranging from 2 hours to 12 hours. Prior home health experience and CPR in-person certification are required.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year home care experience
• CPR certification (in person)
• Reliable and dependable transportation

Aufgaben

• Assisting clients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting)
• Light housekeeping (tidy up, wash dishes)
• Laundry as needed
• Ensure bathroom, kitchen, and home is clean and safe
• Basic observation, medical monitoring and medication reminders under the RN Supervisor
• Document tasks completed and report any change in condition
• Companionship and social engagement
