We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing Home Care team in Philadelphia! Penn Medicine is renowned for its commitment to innovation, research, and excellence in patient care, and we hope you can be a valuable addition to our team!
Our therapists undergo extensive home health care training, an annual competencies review, as well as professional development, a clinical advancement program, and lifelong learning on the most cutting-edge clinical procedures. The Physical Therapist provides skilled therapy to patients in their homes, assessing physical abilities, restoring maximum function, and maintaining patient capabilities. Responsibilities include pain relief, preventing disability, and aiding in physical ability development or improvement.
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, schedulers, and managers, the therapist plans and executes individualized treatment programs to improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent dysfunction.
