Summary:

The Physical Therapist provides skilled therapy to patients in their homes, assessing physical abilities, restoring maximum function, and maintaining patient capabilities. Responsibilities include pain relief, preventing disability, and aiding in physical ability development or improvement.

Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, schedulers, and managers, the therapist plans and executes individualized treatment programs to improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent dysfunction.

Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a CAPTE-accredited school of physical therapy (MS or Doctorate preferred)
  • Licensed to practice physical therapy in Pennsylvania
  • BLS/CPR certification as a healthcare provider (American Heart Association)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Car Insurance
