Qualifications

• Licensed PT/OT with current credentials
• Graduate degree required (PT/OT/PTA/COTA)
• Ability to manage patients with different personalities
• Knowledge of current treatment practices
• Strong communication and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
• Offer cost-effective treatments to improve motion and mobility
• Develop care plans using diverse treatment techniques
• Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ needs
• Provide quality, personalized, evidence-based care
