Royal Care CHHA is seeking committed Physical Therapists for full-time roles in the Bronx and Westchester. You will guide patients through movement restoration, improve ROM, and support independence through tailored home-based plans.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a physical therapist.
• Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy.
• Valid license to practice physical therapy.
• Must have at least 1 year of home care experience (Medicare Part A).
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy to patients and develop treatment plans with physicians or by prescription.
• Document visits and updates on patient care and progress.
• Educate caregivers and families on patient care.
• Determine the types of care and services needed for each patient.
• Support the company mission by delivering high-quality home care.
