Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Care Physical Therapist located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Home Care Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services, patient care, and home care to individuals with a wide range of diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Must have a car and valid driver license
• Experience in Home Care is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
