Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s VNA & Hospice of Cooley Dickinson is seeking a Physical Therapist to plan and administer medically prescribed therapy programs, restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability after disease or injury. You will supervise PTAs, train staff, and participate in discharge planning and home health case conferences.

The role requires MA PT licensure, a degree in PT, and BLS certification. Hospital/rehab/outpatient experience is preferred; hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; master's or doctorate preferred.
  • Mass License required; BLS certification preferred.
  • No experience in lieu of degree accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes therapy goals and forms treatment plan based on evaluation results.
  • Supervises PTAs per policy and state regulations.
  • Provides individual, family and group therapy sessions in outpatient settings.
  • Participates in interdisciplinary hospice group and home health case conferences.
