Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate daily living needs and challenges.

• Educate patients on home exercise techniques and self-care.
