Qualifications

Certification as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in personal care or related field is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred.
Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health or well-being to supervisors.
Help with mobility and transfers to promote client safety.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and observations.
Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
