Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
Support mobility and transfers for safety and comfort.
Prepare and assist with meals according to client needs.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe living space.
Monitor client status and report changes to supervisors.
Follow care plans and infection-control protocols.
