Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Current NY state OT license.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers direct patient care per the physician's prescription.
• Develops and implements treatment plans to improve gross and fine motor coordination and daily living skills.
• Submits required documentation in accordance with department policies.
• Coordinates with the care team and arranges Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as needed.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and outcome reviews.
