Apex Rehabilitation in Manhattan, NY is seeking a Home Care Occupational Therapist (OTR) to deliver personalized therapy in clients' homes. You will assess daily living skills, design customized plans, and help clients improve independence and quality of life.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and healthcare professionals, documentation accuracy, and compassionate, patient-centered care. A valid OT license and driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
