Qualifications

• Must hold OT license and be registered in New York State.
• At least 1 year of home care Medicare Part A experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services and develop/home care treatment plans with physicians or by prescription.
• Document visits and patient progress updates.
• Educate caregivers and families on care.
• Make judgements on care/services needed for each patient.
