Job summary

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a resident-centered Occupational Therapist to join our campus-based care team on a PRN/flex schedule in Parkville, MD. You will support residents in activities of daily living with person-centered care and collaboratively address their needs throughout the continuum of care.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized care plans, documenting progress, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience delivering Home Health care is preferred.
• Ability to document to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.

Location: Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living

We are hiring a resident-centered Occupational Therapist to join our team. All our residents live within our award-winning campus, creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

Our Occupational Therapists support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Schedule: PRN/flex arrangement

Compensation: $55.00 hourly.

Help people live better lives by:

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

What you will need:

• Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in a Home Health setting is preferred.
• Experience with OASIS documentation system is preferred.
