Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Oak Crest Village invites an Occupational Therapist to provide resident-centered care on a PRN/flex basis. You will support residents in daily living and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to align care with personal goals and preferences.

Applicants must hold a current OT license and have experience documenting for reimbursement and regulatory compliance. Home health experience and OASIS familiarity are a plus, with onsite facilities and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience and ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic/home health experience preferred and OASIS documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic daily living support addressing residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines.

Location: Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living

We are hiring a resident-centered Occupational Therapist to join our team. All our residents live within our award-winning campus, creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

Our Occupational Therapists support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Schedule: PRN/flex arrangement

Compensation: $55.00 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

What you will need:

• Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in a Home Health setting is preferred.
• Experience with OASIS documentation system is preferred.
