Applicants must hold a current OT license and have experience documenting for reimbursement and regulatory compliance. Home health experience and OASIS familiarity are a plus, with onsite facilities and a mission-driven culture.

Our Occupational Therapists support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.
Schedule: PRN/flex arrangement
Compensation: $55.00 hourly.
