Job summary

A New Hope Home Care in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate pediatric nurse to provide one-on-one skilled care in clients' homes, including trach/vent management and medication administration.

You will build meaningful relationships with families, document care, and participate in ongoing training while delivering high-quality pediatric home care. CPR training is provided if needed and staff support is available.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification; training provided if needed.
• Passion for pediatric/home care with a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one care for pediatric clients with medical complexities (trach, vent, tube feeding, seizures, etc.).
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Perform trach/vent care and management.
• Monitor and assess physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Educate and support families.
• Assist with ADLs as needed.

• Reliable transportation

Trach & Vent experience is preferred, but we are willing to fully train dedicated nurses.
