BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for private duty home health in the Tamaqua, PA area. Join a team focused on compassionate, high-quality client care with flexible shifts and one-on-one patient interaction.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for scholarships and on-the-job training. Travel is involved to serve clients in their homes with autonomy and support from BAYADA.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Current RN license in good standing in the state.
• Experience with MAR-EPA or similar documentation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to client homes as scheduled to provide private duty nursing.
• Follow up on doctors' orders and document interventions.
• Perform client assessments and monitor conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in the chart.
• Provide autonomous care in the home setting.

• Traditional shifts (4's, 8's, 10's or 12's)

Qualifications for a private duty nurse:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• MAR-EPA
