Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Indiana County team for pediatric and adult 1:1 home care. You will travel to client homes, follow doctors' orders, and document care while delivering compassionate and reliable service across ages from infant to geriatric.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, PTO, and a $1,200 nurse referral bonus. This position emphasizes human-first care in a private duty home health setting with client-centered milestones.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes in Indiana County on a schedule you choose.
• Follow doctors' orders and document care accurately.
• Perform assessments and monitor patients' conditions.
• Provide compassionate 1:1 care across pediatric to geriatric clients.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to [$23-$33/hr] based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
