Home Care Marketer (Community Liaison / Business Development)

Compensation: $90,000 base plus commission ($100 per start of care)

Are you an experienced home care marketer who loves building relationships and growing care in the community? A growing Connecticut home care agency is looking for a Home Care Marketer to drive new starts of care across the state. This is a full time, field based position building and growing referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, case managers, and senior communities to drive new admissions. You will own your territory and represent the agency in the community.
