Job summary

A leading home health care provider in Aurora seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for care. You will provide one-to-one client care, follow medical orders, and conduct assessments. Ideal candidates have a nursing license and experience with trach/vent care. The position offers flexible schedules, a supportive team environment, and competitive pay ranging from $28 to $30 per hour, with bonus opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN).

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy both in the client's home and at school.

Our Aurora-based pediatric client would love a nurse who has experience (or is willing to learn) with trach/ vent care. He would also love someone to watch Team Umi Zoomi with him at night while he winds down for bed and keep him safe while he is sleeping!

Qualifications for a private duty LPN

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay from $28-30/ hour based on qualifications and availability
• $5,000 - $10,000 bonus for certain clients and shifts
• Hours available in the Aurora area include:
