Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private duty home health in Raleigh, NC. You will travel to a client near you, perform assessments, and document care under physicians' orders with autonomy in the home and school settings.

The role offers a strong onboarding program, hands-on simulation training, open shifts in real time, and opportunities for career growth with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy both in the client's home and at school

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to $34-35/hour based on qualifications and availability
• Opportunities for higher pay dependent on client availability!
