Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care's Fayetteville Skilled Office is hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our private duty nursing team. You will provide one-on-one care to pediatric and adult clients in their homes, with schedules including day and overnight options and both full-time and part-time positions.

Earn starting pay of $29–$33 per hour, with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, scholarships, on-the-job training, and a $2,400 nurse referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current North Carolina LPN license in good standing.
• One year of experience as an LPN.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home for 1:1 care on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide autonomous, skilled nursing in the home.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
• One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse
