Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Nurses for private duty assignments in multiple towns. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, support patients with diverse medical needs, and participate in training, all while benefiting from BAYADA's comprehensive benefits and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and update patient plans of care.
• Document patient progress and coordinate necessary services.

• Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekend
• 8’s, 10's or 12's (full shift work)
• Part-Time, Full-Time, PRN
• No weekend or holiday requirement
