IntelliResume is seeking a Home Care Infusion RN to provide professional nursing care in patients' homes in Eatontown, NJ, affiliated with Hackensack Meridian Health. The role emphasizes personalized care, infusion therapy competency, and collaboration with physicians to develop and evaluate plans of care.

The position requires an RN license in NJ, an associate degree or nursing diploma, and at least one year of RN experience, with BSN preferred and IV insertion experience considered

The Home Care Infusion RN provides professional nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on individualized care through assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing needs. This role is ideal for nurses seeking a more personalized and flexible work environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their home.
• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate home nursing care needs.
• Demonstrate competency with infusion therapy.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders and documentation.
• Utilize an interdisciplinary team and accurately document all activities.
• Complete nursing assessments and collaborate with physicians on the Plan of Care.
• Implement specific teaching strategies to meet established goals.
• Act as a liaison among physicians and other healthcare team members.
• Maintain awareness of new/updated standards and incorporate them into practice.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and stand for a minimum of 8 hours a day.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Certificate in Nursing required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience required
• Experience with inserting IVs preferred
• Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License required
• BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification required
