Job summary

Inspire Health Group in New York City is seeking a motivated Home Care Field Marketer to build and maintain referral networks with hospitals, LHCSAs, social workers, and discharge planners. The role focuses on expanding client referrals for home care services across NYC.

You will travel across the five boroughs, promote services, educate partners, and ensure compliant, HIPAA-conscious outreach while meeting referral targets in a dynamic healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of healthcare marketing, home care, or medical sales (NYC experience strongly preferred).
• Existing relationships with MLTC plans, hospitals, or nursing facilities is a major plus.
• Knowledge of Medicaid home care services and referral processes in NYC.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes, and social workers.
• Promote home care services to discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations.
• Educate referral partners on services offered through LHCSAs.
• Generate and track new patient referrals and admissions.
• Conduct in-person visits across NYC boroughs (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island).
• Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and senior centers.
• Collaborate with intake and coordination teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral pipelines.
• Ensure all marketing practices comply with HIPAA and NYSDOH regulations.

The ideal candidate understands the NYC healthcare landscape, including Medicaid and Managed Long-Term Care plans, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: 65,000 - 125,000 a year
• Performance-based bonuses/commissions (based on referrals/admissions)
