Job summary

Respire Homecare is seeking a full-time HME Technician in Ohio to join our team. You will handle warehouse operations, deliveries, patient service, and related documentation under the Branch Manager or Sr. Manager, Operations. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, verifying shipments, loading/unloading, preparing orders, and maintaining equipment and vehicles, while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years’ delivery experience.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives and documents medical supplies/equipment deliveries.
• Verifies incoming shipments against packing lists and ensures good condition.
• Loads/unloads products and stocks shelves.
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; packs materials.
• Maintains company delivery vehicles and performs preventative maintenance.
• Delivers, sets up, and maintains equipment at delivery addresses.
• Completes delivery forms and paperwork (invoices, work orders, manifests, logs).
• Develops knowledge of current products and applicable regulations.
• Represents the company professionally in interactions with clients/patients.
