All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee quality care and client satisfaction in a home-based setting. You will supervise caregivers, manage scheduling, and build relationships with referral partners and clients.

Ideal candidates are organized communicators with problem-solving skills, able to work independently, and possess a valid driver’s license. This role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within a compassionate team.

What you will do:

Customer Service Managers play a key role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes.

Salary Range

USD $18.00 - $20.00 / Hour
