Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide mobility support including transfers and fall prevention.
• Perform light housekeeping to keep the living area tidy.
• Assist with meal planning and healthy meal preparation according to needs.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities and hobbies.
• Escort to appointments and assist with errands as needed.
• Observe health changes and report updates to supervisor.
