Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors seeks compassionate caregivers to provide home-based care, ensuring seniors feel safe, respected, and cared for in their own homes.

You will assist with daily activities, prepare meals, manage medications, and offer companionship while observing changes and reporting to supervisors. No prior caregiving required, but reliability and transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependable, punctual and professional.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to client homes.
• Caregiving experience is a plus, not required.
• Provide two forms of ID and work eligibility.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs.
• Manage and administer medications as directed.
• Provide companionship through conversation and activities.
• Observe and report changes to care coordinator or supervisor.
