Job summary

Castle Rock Home Care in Michigan is seeking a proactive Home Care Community Marketer (CDPAP & Medicaid) to grow our services across the state. You will educate potential clients and referral sources, build trust, and help families access in-home care that keeps loved ones safe at home.

Meet with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and community partners; generate qualified referrals; attend health fairs; and expand our network.

Qualifications

• Sales/marketing or healthcare outreach experience preferred.
• CDPAP/Medicaid experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Home Care Community Marketer to help grow our CDPAP/home care services throughout Michigan.

In this role, you will build relationships within the community, educate potential clients and referral sources, and help individuals access home care services that allow them to remain safely at home.
