• Perform light housekeeping and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or psychosocial conditions.
• Follow care plan, complete tasks via EVV app or timesheet, maintain confidentiality.
• Use equipment such as blood pressure cuffs and stethoscope as prescribed.
