Job summary

Health Here is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for weekend home care, delivering direct patient care in clients' residences.

Responsibilities include hygiene, transfers, mobility, meals, companionship, EVV documentation, and following the plan of care. A DFS CNA certification and a high school diploma or GED are preferred, with strong communication, compassion and physical stamina valued.
