Job summary

Carepoint Home Care Agency in Charlotte, NC seeks personable CNAs and Home Care Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients, including dementia and Alzheimer’s care. Shifts range from 2 to 12 hours, weekdays and weekends, with above-average pay and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care for clients, including dementia and Alzheimer's care.
• Follow individualized care plans and document observations and progress.
• Assist with daily living activities and transportation as needed.
• Maintain client safety, comfort, and high quality of care.
