Job summary

Carepoint Home Care Agency in North Carolina is seeking personable CNAs and Home Care Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients, including dementia and Alzheimer's care. Shifts range from 2 to 12 hours, weekdays and weekends, with flexibility and commitment to quality care.

Ideal candidates have professional references, can pass a background check and drug screen, a reliable vehicle with current insurance and license, a clean driving record, and a current TB test.

Qualifications

• Must combine above-average CNA skills with reliability and a track record of delivering high-quality, compassionate care to seniors.
• Demonstrates responsibility, punctuality and professionalism on every shift.
• Experience in dementia and Alzheimer's care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care to clients in their own homes.
• Support clients with dementia/Alzheimer's care and daily living activities.
• Maintain client safety, comfort and dignity during visits.
• Document care activities and communicate with supervisors as needed.
