Job summary

All About Caring Home Care in the Twin Cities metro area is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to clients across seven counties. You will assist with personal care, companionship, light homemaking, and reminder of medications, while upholding dignity and safety.

Schedule options include full-time or part-time, day, evening, overnight and weekends, with $18–$25 per hour based on experience and certifications; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, hospice, or facility setting).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Current TB test and clear background check.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or end-of-life care (preferred).
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (not required but a plus).

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance – bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene
• Companionship & Homemaker Services – light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, errands, and conversation
• Specialized Care – Alzheimer’s/dementia support, hospice and comfort care, medication reminders, and safety monitoring

Requirements
