Job summary

Team Select Home Care in Loveland, CO is seeking an Attendant to provide in-home care under the supervision of qualified Agency personnel. You will report to the Operations Manager and/or the IHSS Clinical Program Manager.

The role requires following the care plan, completing notes, and reporting changes in the client’s condition to supervision. Paid, hands-on training, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Understands and adheres to established Agency policies and procedures.
• Promotes client rights.
• Performs client services per plan of care and Agency policy.
• Completes service notes accurately and timely per Agency policy.
• Reports changes in client condition to supervisor.
• Participates in orientation, training, competency and in-service programs as scheduled.
• Participates in supervisory visits as directed.
• Coordinates client care as required.
