• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established Agency policies and procedures.
• Perform client services as per the plan of care.
• Complete service notes accurately and timely.
• Report changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor.
• Participate in required training and orientation programs.
