Addus HomeCare is hiring immediately for Home Care Aides. Spanish speakers needed. This entry-level role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours and travel reimbursement to support mobility and scheduling.

You will assist clients with personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and transport to appointments and errands. Starting wage is $18.75 per hour with health benefits through SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund; retirement plan eligibility after 6

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport clients to appointments and daily errands

Caregiver Qualifications

• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a H.S. Diploma or G.E.D
• Reliable transportation.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal)

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered health insurance coverage through The SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund (the "Fund") including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 75 hours per year based on tenure), as well as paid holidays (see holiday schedule) for employees who have worked at least 1 year with company, and work 30 hours per week.
