Job description

We are a home care aide services agency operating since 2007, dedicated to helping elderly individuals stay safe and well in their homes. We provide services across 15 states and offer same-day pay options for our caregivers.

Position: Personal Care Aide

We are seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran in Laredo, TX, with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to help him maintain independence at home. This is a long-term position requiring 11 hours per week. The schedule is flexible but must be adhered to once agreed upon.

Compensation is $27 per hour, comprising a $23 base rate and a $4 bonus, which is awarded if all scheduled shifts are worked during the pay period.

The position starts soon. Prior caregiving experience is required; training on specific job duties will be provided. A background check will be conducted.

Requirements:

1. Must obtain a TB skin test if not recently done. You can get tested at your local County Health Department (cost $25) or at CVS Minute Clinics (cost $75). The $75 will be reimbursed on your first paycheck with a receipt. Schedule your appointment online or walk in with your ID and inform them it is for employment.
