Join Our Home Care Aide Team

We are a home care aide services agency operating since 2007, dedicated to helping elderly individuals stay safe and well in their homes. Serving 15 states, we also offer same-day pay options for our caregivers.

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran in Fairborn, OH. Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to support independence at home.

This is a long-term position requiring 11 hours per week. The schedule is flexible but must be adhered to once agreed upon. Compensation is $27/hour, comprising a $23/hour base pay plus a $4/hour bonus, awarded if all scheduled shifts are completed during the pay period.

The role starts soon. Prior caregiving experience is required; training on specific job duties will be provided. A background check is mandatory.

All caregivers must obtain a TB skin test if not recently done. You can get tested at your local County Health Department or CVS Minute Clinics. The cost is $25 at the health department and $75 at CVS, which we reimburse upon presentation of the receipt on your first paycheck.
