Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran at his home in Lake Berryessa, CA. The position is 10–20 hours weekly with a flexible schedule, paid at $30/hour total ($26 base + $4 bonus) and offered as a W-2 employee.

Experience as a caregiver is required; we can train on job specifics. A background check is performed, and a TB skin test is required (reimbursed up to $75 with receipt). Start date is soon.

Job description

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We provide home care services in 15 states. We also offer same day pay options for our caregivers.

We are in need of a Personal Care Aide to assist one of our clients who is an elderly male Veteran and needs some help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking - to stay independent at home. The job is located in the town of Lake Berryessa, CA.

This is a long term position. 10-20 hours per week. The schedule is flexible but must stick to the schedule once it is agreed upon. Paid at $30/hour. Pay is $26/hour base with a $4/hour bonus to total $30/hour. You get the bonus if you work all the shifts you agreed to work during that pay period. The position is hired as a W-2 employee.

The job starts soon. Experience as a caregiver is required. We can train on the specifics of the job. We will perform a background check.

Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test if not had one in last 3 years. You can do this at CVS Minute Clinics. Schedule appt. online at your local CVS. Cost is $75. We reimburse the $75 on the first paycheck - if you keep the reciept: www.minuteclinic.com
