Jobs starting at $19.00-$21.00 an hour depending on availability and experience. We are seeking compassionate, experienced caregivers who are passionate about helping others to join our team of Angels.

We provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and disabled individuals, enabling them to remain in their homes. Our services range from companionship and personal care to complex care for chronic diseases, stroke recovery, or post-surgery assistance. Our Midtown Sacramento office supplies caregivers to the local area and beyond.

We strive to match Home Care Aides with clients compatible with their skills and personality. Caregivers can choose their hours, and we recognize their efforts with regular appreciation and shift bonuses.

Home Care Aide - HCA Requirements

• At least one year of in-home care experience
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the US
• Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 with proof
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual/multilingual preferred
• Ability to use a smartphone for EVV and notes
• Pass extensive background checks, including Live Scan fingerprinting
• Negative TB test within last 90 days
• Registered on the California Home Care Aide Registry
• Compassionate, flexible, and eager to help others
