Job summary

Help at Home is hiring today to support seniors in their homes with compassionate, one-on-one care. No prior experience required; paid training is provided and schedules are flexible to fit your availability.

Caregivers typically work 15–25 hours per week with options for full-time roles. A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are needed for full-time positions; travel between clients is common.

Qualifications

• STNA or 1 year of supervised employment as a home health aide or nurse aide or equivalent.
• Completion of a 30-hour Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• TB test within six months prior to first assignment (where required).

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying clients to appointments.

Education

30-hour company-paid training

TB test in last 6 months
