Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice Columbia, MO is hiring caregivers and CNAs to provide one-on-one home care across Columbia and surrounding communities. You can choose part-time hours or a flexible schedule while making a meaningful difference every day.

You'll assist with bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, helping clients stay safe and independent at home. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass

Retention Bonus Opportunity

Earn up to $1,800 in retention bonuses:

• $300 at 30 days


• $600 at 60 days


• $900 at 90 days

Retention bonuses require employment in good standing and a minimum of 20 hours worked per week.
