Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aides to support seniors in clients' homes across the community. The role offers paid training and no prior experience is required, with 15–25 hours per week depending on availability and travel requirements.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, with weekly pay, travel pay, and flexible scheduling. Training is provided, and we seek dedicated caregivers to make a real difference in their communities.

Qualifications

• STNA or 1 year of supervised employment as a home health aide or nurse aide
• Completion of a 30-hour Training and Competency Evaluation Program
• TB test within six months prior to first assignment
• Dedication to professional development including state-required training
• Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying clients to appointments
